Your description is funny, lol! Yes, "smashing things" is something Mario does, lol. I like Yoshi's eye's being purple in this; it matches the sky very well. I also like how angular your art looks in this. you can see the original geometrical shapes you used to do your rough sketch. It's a cool design element. Nice work!
